| Dr. Harris developed MyConsult, a
secure web service providing medical consultations and second opinions
to patients to patients by Cleveland Clinic specialists. The system
enhanced “patient-centered care” and improved knowledge management
of the handling of challenging cases.
MyConsult is positioned for future enhancements, via links to Google
Health for personal health records and Microsoft’s HealthVault for
integration of home-based healthcare devices.
