Elizabeth Hackenson SVP and CIO, Alcatel-Lucent 2008 MIT Sloan CIO Symposium Finalist

Elizabeth led the design and implementation of the Sales Enablement Portal, a roles-based web tool to provide Alcatel-Lucent’s 3000 person sales force with one-stop access to all the information needed to service a customer relationship. Elizabeth envisions that future data-telephony integration will eliminate the wired/wireless divide and leverage presence and location-based services to further improve organizational performance.
